台北市長柯文哲籌組的廉委會成立不到一個月，先是廉委之一的馮光遠因參選立委請辭，徐嶔煌更在臉書上批評，向台北市政風處要資料要不到「扯市長後腿」，如今又傳出前衛生署長楊志良遞出辭呈。

台北市副市長鄧家基證實，楊志良確實在16日遞出辭呈，主要是因為楊志良被分配到大巨蛋案，認為自己的專業、經歷尚不熟悉，似乎貢獻不大，若未來有醫藥、藥事方面的案子，將樂意幫忙。
